Wu Receives 2015 IEEE SPS Meritorious Service Award

Min Wu, a professor of electrical and computer engineering with appointments in UMIACS and the Maryland Cybersecurity Center (MC2), is the winner of the 2015 Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Signal Processing Society (SPS) Meritorious Service Award.

Wu is being recognized for her exemplary service to and leadership in SPS. Her main research interests are information security and forensics and multimedia signal processing.

The award will be presented at the 41st IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech and Signal Processing (ICASSP) March 20–25, 2016 in Shanghai, China.
